I managed to save 10 in-game frames over the old input file from 2.3-2.4!

Um... this is five seconds slower than your last TAS. What's the strat you used to save in-game time that ended up being slower in real time? I'm just curious.

It makes the game load longer between RF and Stockyards but the value on the RAM Watch of 08213C saves 10 frames at the end of the Boardroom.

Also, this is the most accurate PSX timing to date! Bizhawk 2.3-2.4 would always show the times a little faster due to the frame rate differnces. This is the most accurate timing for PSX as of now!
